Photographers spend thousands of dollars on equipment like lenses, camera bodies, tripods, filters and flashes. Research is a critical step in the selection process. I hope this site will be a resource in your equipment research.

This equipment review sections is an unbiased review of photography equipment I've personally used. If the equipment is of a high quality, meaning it's durable, and fulfills the application it was designed for I'll rate it with high marks, if the quality is lacking, I'll rate it accordingly.

Photography E-commerce stores are also reviewed. I've used a few resources over the years. I'll share my experience with the ones I return to time after time.

Image editing software is an important piece of my work. My favorite Photography Author reviled image manipulation. But I find it as useful as the lessons I learned in his books. So, I'll add software reviews, too.
